The Ulmer Kemo GmbH & CO KG resulted in 1996 from fusion of the Ulmer GmbH Sandhausen and the Kemo GmbH Egmating. The Ulmer GmbH had made itself over 20 years not only in the EDP, but particularly in the management consultation a name. Many of the today everyday things of the industry decrease on Hans Ulmer, the founder of the Ulmer GmbH. Since 1979 the Kemo GmbH developed industry software for baker's shops and confectioneries. With hundreds of baking enterprises in Germany, Austria and Switzerland BACKORG, partially in several languages, was used. Extensive innovations like the order mechanism and Prproductionplanning are singular. The Ulmer Kemo GmbH became common the largest offerer for baker's shop commodity. The users have thereby the crucial advantage of a surface covering, qualified team for optimal service, consultation and development.

1996 were already decided to develop beside the proven programs UBACK and BACKORG a common new system. After extensive basic research we presented in 1998 at the IBA a first version of B.I.T (baker's shop information technology).

B.I.T. is a complete new development on the basis of most modern tools and current system environment. In the year 2001 Josef Gramespacher (3RS time registrationsystems) are taken up as new partner. By this co-operation Ulmer Kemo will not only have the largest use to the Allround EDP offerer, the customers from the synergies that together development and marketing. At the end of 2003 is shifted the master seat from Sandhausen near Heidelberg into the new building of the 3RS in Malsch near Karlsruhe.

2004 Josef Gramespacher bea´came to the second managing director of appoint approximately 30 coworkers itself today daily for the interests of over 3000 customers in over ten countries. Beside an extensive seminar pallet the offer becomes by further partners for the most diverse ranges round off-rounding off those goals for the future is the further improvement and extension of the product and service offer as well as the adjustment on further markets.
